Took the last final this morning and messed up badly so now my grades go like this: A, A-, A, B+.
Could have gotten a better grade had I actually studied for the last exam, but I got fed up with all the stress, lack of sleep and constant studying, not to mention the copious amount of coffee I have been consuming lately, and decided to go read porn instead. Umm...yeah, two days reserved for studying turned into half an hour of reviewing before I realized it.
Of course I'm kicking myself now, cause had I managed 5.5% more on the final, the equivalent of 2.75 correct answers, the A- would have been guaranteed. Then again I sort of resigned myself to a B+ in this class before I even took the final because his exams were extremely tricky and I would need to ace it to get the grade I wanted. Oh well, must remember to do better during the semester next time, and no more bringing the laptop along when studying.
It is done

Anyway, the grades are still pretty good, and more importantly, they're "locked in" now so I wouldn't worry about it any more.
I'd try to enjoy the rest of the year and get ready for the next.
On a separate note, I like your links of sites you enjoy.

HEY! There is absolutely nothing wrong with reading *smut*!!
And no, I don't think that it is actually smut, I just always call it that. And yes, I do partake of it as well. ;-)

The direct stock investment link was the result of my reading The Frugal Investor. I looked for information on how to buy GE stock and found out that GE uses that site to handle it. I just stick it there for convenient since they also offer stocks from other companies.
When you click on purchase, it'll display the transaction fee for a first time purchase, as well as link to a brochure with more information on how the plan works, other fine and fee, etc.... The fee is set by the companies, some with fee much higher than buying through regular brokerage, that site is just a third party handling the transaction.
The purchasing fee is decent, but the selling fee hits quite hard. I haven't done a lot of research on the cost of buying and selling there as oppose to through a discount brokerage so I'm not sure if the profit would be higher.
As for Fat wallet, you're not the only one feeling old there. Those people are way too energetic.
