Two months of incorrect billing and three broken promises of correction are more than enough for me to cancel my subscription. Having nice CSR is not enough, those CSR must also do what they said they did. It's a big contrast with T-Mobile where the CSR said they've made the change and it showed up minutes later instead of the expected 48hrs. Then again, the customer service at T-Mobile is the reason why my whole family is with them even though we barely use our cellphones.
